30 Minute Hit is a Boxing/Kickboxing studio for women only of all ages (13+) and fitness levels. It is circuit-based training that gives a full body workout utilizing boxing, kickboxing, and core work, based on self defense moves. It will leave you feeling energized, empowered, and stronger, both physically and mentally.
There is a trainer on the floor at all times working with you on your technique, encouraging and motivating you to have your very best workout.
