Pure Colour Baby makes fun and comfortable baby clothing and accessories using sustainable fabrics and a grow-with-me philosophy. Founder, Lindsay Down started sewing baby accessories and clothing in 2012 when she was unable to find stylish and comfortable clothing for her son. With a background in interior design and colour consulting, she began creating unique and colourful designs that were also practical and long-lasting. In 2019 Lindsay opened a small brick & mortar boutique in Kingston which is combined with an open concept studio/workroom. Their clothes are thoughtfully designed with adjustable features (like fold-down cuffs) that extend the life of the garment, allowing it to last comfortably through multiple sizes. Carefully sourced organic cotton and tencel blend fabrics are used to create eco-conscious garments that combine colours and comfort babies (and their mama’s) will love. The entire collection is handmade from start to finish in their Kingston-based studio.
