The Whipped program consists of a fitness program with daily workouts recorded and stretch sets for self care so that you can Be transforming but having fun and feeling great!
Whipped fitness is known for its physical transformations. I write to transform you physically using strength training , pilates, full body movement and core HIITS. These workouts are displayed daily in the online group offering modifications and substitutes as well tips I have picked up from transformations over the years. The workouts are not meant to be gruelling they written for enjoyment! Living well consistently is really just putting positive days beside one another, and it works.
I offer you the whipped Fitness inflammation reduction dial in and the 80/20 maintenance diet where we learn to just live well, not perfect.
My hope is a journey of self love and discovery for you. It’s tons of positive energy and is known to cause random bursts or laughter it becomes something you love not another thing you have to do.
