Ontario reports 1,015 new cases of COVID-19, bringing the total number of cases across the province to 75,730.
New restrictions are put in place for Toronto, Peel Region and Ottawa amid rising coronavirus cases including the closure of indoor dining at restaurants and bars, as well as the closure of gyms, casinos, cinemas, and performing arts centres.
